The text (m) on right of country name indicates calls to ALL mobile routes in that country is included in gTalk World package.

Example: Hong Kong - Mobile(m)
If (m) on the right of country name is NOT there it will indicate mobile calls are NOT included in gTalk World package.  Acception:  If some mobile routes in the country are covered in gTalk World service then those routes will be specifically mentioned in the included list.  

Example: Bangladesh, Bangladesh – Cities
The above example indicates Bangladesh mobile routes are NOT included or Free in gTalk World package.  Calls to Bangladesh Mobile will be charged as per the rate list.
